  I brought my car to Fix Auto Cold Lake through a referral from a friend. Had my car damaged after hitting a deer accidentally on Highway 660. Initially, I brought it first to a different autoshop that was closer to my house on Jan 30th. They told me that they can only start working on it by Feb 24th. That's when I asked my friend if he knows other good autoshops around. When I brought it to Fix Auto Cold Lake on Feb 4 for inspection, and provided them all the info they needed like insurance and registration, I told them my timeline that I needed the car back by Feb 16th. At first, they thought of my timeline as too tight because appraisal report dictates it takes roughly two weeks to finish the work, but they told me they'd do their best. So I handed over my car on Feb 6th morning. On the same day, the first autoshop where I brought my car tried to check up on me what's my plan gonna be, not knowing that I have already brought it to Fix Auto. So I told them that everything's good now as another autoshop can start working on it, then they said "I have just checked with our guys and we can also work on it and get it done on your timeline". Too late though. Fix Auto had me right away and didn't give me any doubts or hesitation. The best part is Fix Auto even gave my car back earlier than I expected. They gave it back by Feb 15 morning. Really happy with the fast and quality service. Plus the best part is Fix Auto is nationwide company. If something goes wrong, you can take advantage of their warranty wherever there's a nearby Fix Auto, meaning I don't have to drive all the way to Cold Lake if something happens when I'm in Edmonton. Great service and friendly staff. Gena and Jim are the people I dealt with at this location.

  Just pop in to see how much it would be to buff out some scratches out of my drivers door , on my new car I only had for 2 weeks. A dog jumped up on the door. Was talking to Gina when Louis came over to look at it. With in 10 mins they had it in the shop buffing the door and they never stopped at that. They also washed my hole cards for me . Now that's customers service. I would have never thought I would have had it fixed today.

  After five days of my truck in fix auto shop I found stuff missing. They claim they had a break in but, they lie a lot. The detailer didn't do the greatest job of detailing either. The management doesn't have a clue about what to do and don't seem to care. I notified the insurance company and they are not impressed! For a month after working on my vehicle and trying to get my missing property they said they would pay me what my stuff was worth. Then all of a sudden the crooks changed their minds. They could have become a preferred shop of my insurance company but they will not now. The guy running the shop couldn't spell simple four and five letter words! I have never seen such incompetence and stupidity! If I could I would give zero stars! I do not recommend this crooked business to anyone.

  They do good work, fairly quick. But when I went to pick up my truck I had to wait over 30 mins for someone to open the doors. He apologized.
